The site is adorned with ethiopian indiginous shade trees like Birbira, Wanza, Zegeba and Kerero. Additionally, it is home to various wildlife species, including gureza monkey, hyenas, apes, kebero wolf and dikula bucks.
This coffee is prepared with a natural process where the cherry is left on the beans while they ferment, increasing the sweetness and juicy fruit notes. In this cup we find notes of citrus, cherry blossom and stewed fruits.
