Subscription FAQs

How does it work?

We’ve made it easy to enjoy our specialty coffee at your home with our simple subscription process. It only takes a minute to set yourself up, and means you’ll never have to rush out for average expensive coffee again! 

But how exactly does a coffee subscription work?

  1. Select which product you would like delivered, and how often you would like it delivered. 
  2. We roast and ship your fresh coffee as soon as possible.
  3. Pay-as-you-go subscriptions will be charged again the day before your next coffee delivery is due. Prepaid subscriptions are only charged once.
  4. An email notification will be sent when your next delivery has shipped.
  5. You can edit, modify or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your account on the Inglewood Coffee website.

When do you send out coffee subscriptions/ How often will I get the coffee?

Choose your preferred subscription frequency and quantity to match your usage. We offer deliveries either fortnightly or monthly.

Can I suspend my subscription for a period of time without cancelling?

Yes, simply log into your account and place your subscription on hold. You can restart your subscription at any time.

What are the shipping costs and delivery timeframes?

We ship all our orders with Australia Post or Couriers Please using their Standard Shipping service. Depending on your location, shipments will usually take 2 to 8 working days to arrive and a little longer for remote areas. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details each time we ship your subscription.

Can you grind my coffee?

Yes, we can send you freshly ground coffee. When you purchase your subscription select how you want your coffee delivered (whole beans or a choice of ground options). You can also update this anytime by logging into your account.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can edit your subscription at any time- simply login to your account, and select ‘My Subscription’. Once you’re there, you’ll see an option to edit your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account, and select ‘My Subscription’. Once you’re there, you’ll see an option to cancel your subscription. If you’d just like to pause it, you can do that, too.

Refunds

We cannot accept returns for coffee orders that are a change of mind as it is a fresh and perishable product.
