When you use Inglewood Coffee Roasters website, as part of your choice to purchase from our site, we collect the personal information that you provide to us including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number. By completing a purchase on our site, you are willingly opting in to receiving our email and sms marketing.

Our site however, does not hold any of your credit card or payment details. This is securely processed by a third party provider.

Consent to store my information

When you choose to complete a transaction by including your personal information and credit card details to place an order, we imply that you consent to us collecting your data.

Can I opt out?

Inglewood Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd (ABN: 88 305 414 770) is the owner and operator of this website. These terms and conditions govern the use of this website. By accessing and using this website, you confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Inglewood Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd, has the right to update or change the conditions, at any given time, without notice to you.

By using and completing a transaction you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this site.

Privacy

All information collected by Inglewood Coffee Roasters will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (if applicable).

Inglewood Coffee Roasters reserves the rights to change the product prices and delivery charges at any time.

Discounts

Discount codes and rewards can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes or items that are already on sale.

Reserve List coffees are exempt from standard coffee discount codes.

Minimum spends apply for rewards to be applied.

Delivery Standards

We aim to have all orders roasted, packed, and dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt.

All online orders are shipped via Australia Post, Couriers Please or our preferred courier service. From the time of dispatch, most standard delivery orders to major metropolitan areas are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

If you select Express Post at checkout, delivery to major metropolitan areas is typically expected within 1–2 business days from dispatch.

We are unable to hold or delay orders until a specific date unless a delayed shipping option is available and selected at checkout.

Please note that during peak promotional periods, dispatch times may extend to up to 7 business days. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Pre-ground coffee is supplied in a standard grind size designed to suit most brewing methods. As brewing equipment and personal preferences vary, we can’t guarantee it will be suitable for every setup.

By purchasing pre-ground coffee, customers acknowledge that the standard grind size may not be suitable for their specific equipment or brewing method.As coffee is an individual preference, we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding fresh using a home grinder to achieve the best extraction for your chosen brewing method.

Custom grind requests may be noted at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate them, however these requests cannot be guaranteed. We do not offer replacements or refunds for pre-ground coffee where a specific grind size was not requested prior to dispatch, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

For merchandise items, including but not limited to caps, socks, jumpers, and tees, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in circumstances where a faulty item has been supplied.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for coffee orders due to a change of mind, as coffee is a fresh and perishable product. 

We also encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, grind selections, and order details prior to checkout, as well as the order confirmation email which is sent as soon as an order is placed, as we are unable to accept returns where an order has been placed incorrectly.

Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Click and Collect orders - Refunds and substitutions

As coffee is a perishable product and all orders are freshly prepared to order, once your Click & Collect order has been marked as 'Ready for Collection', we are unable to offer a refund or accept a return of that product. This policy applies regardless of whether the order has been collected.

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before placing it. If you have any concerns about your order prior to collection, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you.

This clause does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.

Promotional Offers - Refunds and substitutions

Inglewood Coffee Roasters may run multiple promotions simultaneously at any given time. We reserve the right to refuse a full or partial refund in connection with any promotional offer and, where applicable, to substitute a promotion with an alternative offer of equivalent or similar value.

Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotional offer, the decision of Inglewood Coffee Roasters shall be final.

Indemnification

You indemnify Inglewood Coffee Roasters and its related entities and each of their directors, officers and employees; against any actions, claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses which any of the indemnified incur directly or indirectly arising from your use of the website or any breach of these terms and conditions.

Security of information

Inglewood Coffee Roasters has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is stored, used and protected in a secure way. We are not responsible for any attempting hacking and if successful are not responsible for the security of that data that is out of our control. You transmit data through our website at your own risk. Rest assured that payment information will never be stored on our website.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By consenting to Inglewood Coffee Roasters’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Rewards & Loyalty Program 

1. Membership

Participation in the Inglewood Coffee Roasters Rewards Program is open to individuals for personal, non-commercial use only. Membership is free and limited to one account per person. By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning Points 

Members earn points on eligible purchases made online at inglewoodcoffeeroasters.com.au. Points are calculated on the qualifying spend amount, excluding delivery fees, discounts, and promotional adjustments. Bonus point offers may be available from time to time and will be subject to specific promotional terms.

3. Redemption 

Points may only be redeemed on full-priced, one-time purchases. Rewards cannot be applied to subscription orders. The following minimum spend thresholds and redemption limits apply:

• A minimum spend of $20 is required to redeem a $10 reward
• A minimum spend of $50 is required to redeem a $20 or $30 reward
• A maximum of 600 points may be redeemed per transaction

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, gift cards, or store credit. Redemptions must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Points and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or reduced-price item, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Discount Codes 

Discount codes issued through the Program are non-transferable and single-use unless otherwise stated. Where a redemption code is generated and not immediately applied at checkout, it will be saved to your account for later use. All redemption codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after which they will expire and cannot be reinstated. Redemption codes can be accessed via the Inglewood Coffee Roasters Rewards section of the website.

5. VIP Tiers 

VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling 12-month basis. If the qualifying spend threshold for your current tier is not maintained within any 12-month period, your tier status may be adjusted accordingly.

6. Exclusions 

The following are excluded from earning and redeeming points unless otherwise stated: subscription orders, wholesale orders, gift cards, limited-edition collaborations, Reserve List coffees, and Special Release coffees. Reserve List and Special Release coffees are also exempt from standard discount codes.

7. Returns & Adjustments 

If a purchase is returned or refunded, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account accordingly.

8. Expiry 

Points and rewards will expire if you do not engage in any account activity within a 12-month period. Activity includes making a purchase, earning points, or redeeming a reward. VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis and will be adjusted if qualifying spend thresholds are not maintained within that period.

9. Program Changes & Termination 

Inglewood Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to earning rates, redemption values, tier structures, or eligibility criteria. If the Program is discontinued, all unredeemed points and rewards will expire at that time.

Inglewood Coffee Roasters reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership where we reasonably believe a member is violating these Terms, reselling products, exploiting the Program, making excessive returns, or engaging in fraud. If your account is terminated — by you or by us — any unused points and rewards will be forfeited.

10. Communication 

By joining the Program, you agree to receive marketing communications from Inglewood Coffee Roasters. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings.

11. Privacy 

Personal information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely to administer your membership and communications.

12. General 

These Terms form part of Inglewood Coffee Roasters' broader Terms & Conditions. Inglewood Coffee Roasters reserves the right to interpret these Terms at its sole discretion. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian law.

 

Terms and Conditions for Commercial Equipment

1. Definitions

Seller means Inglewood Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd ABN 88 305 414 770.

Buyer means the purchaser identified on the tax invoice.

Equipment means the used commercial coffee machinery specified on the tax invoice.

ACL means the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Nature of Used Equipment

2.1 All Equipment is sold used unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

2.2 Used Equipment may exhibit cosmetic wear, surface marking, discolouration, minor corrosion, and other signs of prior commercial use.

2.3 The Buyer acknowledges it has inspected, or had the opportunity to inspect, the Equipment prior topurchase.

2.4 No representation is made that the Equipment is new or free from prior wear.

3. USED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY (VOLUNTARY WARRANTY)

This section sets out a voluntary warranty provided by the Seller in addition to rights available under the ACL.

3.1 Warranty Coverage

Subject to these Terms, the Seller provides a Twelve (12) Month Limited Parts Warranty commencing on the earlier of: (a) Installation by the Seller; or (b) Collection or delivery of the Equipment.

This warranty applies to failure of mechanical or electrical components arising from normal commercial operation.

This is a parts-only warranty except as provided in clause 3.2.

If the Equipment is sold or transferred to another party within the twelve (12) month warranty period, the Seller’s voluntary warranty immediately ceases, and the original Buyer becomes solely responsible for any warranty or representations provided to the subsequent purchaser.

Nothing in this clause limits rights available to any person under the ACL.

3.2 Labour

Where installation is performed by the Seller: labour and travel associated with an approved warranty claim are covered for thirty (30) days from installation.

After thirty (30) days: labour, travel, freight, and associated service costs are chargeable at the Seller’s prevailing rates.

Where installation is not performed by the Seller, warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only. All labour and associated service costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

3.3 Remedy Under Voluntary Warranty

Where a valid claim arises under this voluntary warranty, the Seller will repair or replace the defective component.

The Seller’s liability under this voluntary warranty is limited to the replacement value of the defective component.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies available under the ACL.

3.4 Excluded Components (Voluntary Warranty Only)

The voluntary warranty does not cover consumables, maintenance items, or components subject to normal wear, including but not limited to:

• Group seals and shower screens
• Portafilter seals
• Steam and hot water valve seals
• Anti-vacuum valves
• Expansion and pressure relief valves
• Solenoid coils
• Pump (including motor and pump head assembly)
• Grinder burrs
• Cosmetic panels, trims, finishes
• Indicator lights, buttons, keypads

These items are considered routine maintenance components in commercial environments.

3.5 Pump Condition at Time of Sale

The pump assembly is tested for correct operation and functional performance prior to release of the Equipment.

The Buyer acknowledges that the pump is operational at the time of sale.

The pump is excluded from the voluntary warranty but remains subject to any applicable rights under the ACL.

4. CONDITIONS – WATER QUALITY & MAINTENANCE

The voluntary warranty is conditional upon:

• Installation and ongoing use of appropriate commercial-grade water filtration;
• Water chemistry meeting manufacturer specifications;
• Routine replacement of filtration cartridges;
• Absence of scale, corrosion, or mineral build-up;
• A routine maintenance log being maintained and available upon request, documenting servicing, cleaning, and preventative maintenance performed on the Equipment.

Failure or damage caused by scale, incorrect water chemistry, inadequate filtration, or lack of routine maintenance records is excluded from the voluntary warranty.

This clause does not limit rights available under the ACL where a failure is not caused by water quality or maintenance neglect.

5. INSTALLATION & ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE

Where installation is not performed by the Seller:

• Installation must be carried out by licensed electrical and plumbing contractors in accordance with Victorian regulations.
• Electrical supply must match Equipment specifications (including voltage, amperage, and phase configuration).

Damage caused by incorrect installation, electrical irregularity, plumbing fault, or relocation is excluded from the voluntary warranty.

6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

6.1 The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within a reasonable time of becoming aware of a defect.

6.2 The Seller may require inspection of the Equipment or return of the alleged defective component.

6.3 Assessment of claims under the voluntary warranty will be conducted in accordance with these Terms and the ACL.

7. PAYMENT & TITLE

7.1 Full payment is required prior to release of Equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2 Title remains with the Seller until payment is received in full.

8. RISK

Risk passes to the Buyer upon collection or delivery.

Freight insurance is the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law:

• The Seller’s liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee (where applicable) is limited, at the Seller’s option, to repair or replacement of the Equipment or the cost of repair or replacement.
• The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by the ACL.

10. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under the ACL.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions (Terms of entry). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms of entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of entry.

2. Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including the competition permit providers TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step- child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period.

4. The Prize/s are specified in the Details of prizes section of the Schedule.

5. The total prize pool is specified in the Total prize value section of the Schedule. 

6. Any prize is valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary.

7. Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

8. The entrants must follow the Method of entry during the Promotion period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.

9. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

10. Entrants may submit up to the Maximum number of entries (if applicable) and also be currently subscribed at the time of draw.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prize(s) will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.

13. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.

14. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of winners and Notification of unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed.

15. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.

16. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

17. The winner(s) name and state/territory of residence will be published in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule (if applicable).

18. If the prize(s) has not been claimed by the Unclaimed prize draw time and date and subject to any written directions from a State lottery agency, the Promoter may conduct an Unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the Unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule (if applicable). 1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions (Terms of entry). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms of entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of entry.

2. Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including the competition permit providers TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step- child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

6. Any prize is valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary.

7. Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

8. The entrants must follow the Method of entry during the Promotion period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.

9. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

10. Entrants may submit up to the Maximum number of entries (if applicable) and also be currently subscribed at the time of draw.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prize(s) will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.

13. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.

14. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of winners and Notification of unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed.

15. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.

16. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

17. The winner(s) name and state/territory of residence will be published in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule (if applicable).

If the prize(s) has not been claimed by the Unclaimed prize draw time and date and subject to any written directions from a State lottery agency, the Promoter may conduct an Unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the Unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule (if applicable). In the event the Unclaimed prize draw takes place, the Promoter will attempt to contact the winner(s) of the Unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the Notification of unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule, and if applicable, the name and State/Territory of residency of any winner(s) of the Unclaimed prize draw will be published in accordance with the section of the Schedule entitled Public announcement of winners from unclaimed prize draw. If a prize is no longer available the promoter may substitute with a prize of higher or equal value subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The promoter is not allowed to deduct any administrative costs associated with provision of the prize.

19. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the Promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Promotion. The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or the Promoter have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes.

23. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any entrants, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 2. Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including the competition permit providers TPAL (Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step- child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period. 

4. The Prize/s are specified in the Details of prizes section of the Schedule.

5. The total prize pool is specified in the Total prize value section of the Schedule. 

6. Any prize is valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary.

7. Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

8. The entrants must follow the Method of entry during the Promotion period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.

9. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

10. Entrants may submit up to the Maximum number of entries (if applicable) and also be currently subscribed at the time of draw.

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prize(s) will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.

13. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.

14. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of winners and Notification of unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed.

15. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Promoter.

16. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

17. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the Promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Promotion. The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

18. If despite the foregoing clause, the Promoter incurs a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a Warranty into these Terms of entry which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability in respect of the Promotion is limited, in the Promoter’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.

19. Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or the Promoter have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes.

21. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any entrants, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Without limiting this the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is misleading or not in accordance with these Terms of entry or who manipulates or tampers with the entry process. In the event that a winner breaches these Terms of entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

22. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another item of equal or higher value subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize).

23. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms of entry, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter’s obligations in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to approval of the relevant authorities.

24. The promoter reserves the right extend the promotion for an undisclosed period of time at their own discretion.

25. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering into this Promotion, entrants agree to assign all their rights in and to their entry and any related content to the Promoter, including any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the entry and related content. Without limiting this, the Promoter may use entry content for any and all purposes including commercial purposes. You warrant that entry content is original, lawful and not misleading and that the Promoter’s use of such content will not infringe the rights of any third parties. The Promoter has no obligation to credit you as the author of any content submitted and may otherwise do any acts or omissions which would otherwise constitute an infringement of any moral rights you may have as an author of content.

26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes, including to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter including third parties may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the private information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.

27. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy statement which adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 (cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

28. The Promotion and these Terms of entry will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.

29. Facebook, Google (and it’s display network), YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat; and to release
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.

30. If ownership of the Promoter is transferred to another individual, company, or entity during the duration of the prize, it is up to the discretion of the new owner to continue awarding the prize to the competition winner.

31. If the Promoter does not continue to operate at any point during the prize period, the prize will not continue to be awarded to the winner.

32.  If the competition winner’s address changes during the duration of the prize, it is the responsibility of the prize winner to notify the Promoter of the address change with a minimum of 1 day after entry.  

33. Each shipment of an entry will be shipped at a time that is convenient to the Promoter.

34. No exchanges of products will be accepted by Inglewood Coffee Roasters for this Promotion

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

When you use Inglewood Coffee Roasters website, as part of your choice to purchase from our site, we collect the personal information that you provide to us including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number. By completing a purchase on our site, you are willingly opting in to receiving our email and sms marketing.

With regard to merchandise, including caps, socks, jumpers and tees but not limited to these items, we do not provide refunds or exchanges. Unless in the circumstance where there is a faulty item supplied.

We will provide a full refund for equipment only that has been unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for coffee orders that are a change of mind as it is a fresh and perishable product.
