Capacity:3 Cups

French Press Instructions:

  1. Freshly grind 15g of coffee on a coarse setting.
  2. Pour coffee into French Press and fill with 350g of boiling water.
  3. Stir so all the grounds are saturated and start timer.
  4. Put the lid on, but do not plunge. Allow to brew for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and stir. Use a spoon to remove the crust.
  6. Replace the lid and allow to brew for a further 3 minutes.
  7. Plunge coffee and serve. If you do not want your coffee to continue extracting then decant into a serving vessel.

Tips:

  • If you brewing for two people then half the recipe
  • If you can’t plunge the French Press with two fingers it means your grind setting is too fine, try grinding your coffee more coarsely.
