Huehuetenango is located in Western Guatemala bordering Mexico. It is extremely diverse and known for producing some of the best coffees in Latin America due to its climate, altitude, water sources, and traditional varieties. A range of offerings come out of Huehuetenango, including chocolatey volume offerings and fruit-forward microlots.

This coffee has the best of both worlds with notes of cooked stone fruit and mixed berries and a lingering dark chocolate and toffee finish. 

 

Origin: Huehuetenango, Guatemala

Altitude: 1400-2200 MASL

Varietal: Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype, Pache

Process: Washed

Producer: Smallholder farmers


This roast is best suited for espresso brew methods.
