India, Kelagur Heights – Nestled in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, Kelagur Heights Estate spans 120 hectares and has been run by the Mathias family for four generations. Producing up to 150 tonnes annually, the estate grows Arabica (S795, Selection 9) and Robusta (old lines and S274) beneath a diverse shade canopy. With its own springs and fully integrated processing facilities, the estate emphasizes quality and sustainability. This particular variety is a hybrid that was developed in conjunction with the Central Coffee Research Institute for resilience and flavour.

 

Origin: Manjarabad, Western Ghats, Chikmagular District
