Sourced from Ethiopia's celebrated Sidama region, this Grade 1 Special Prep single origin is produced at the Gara Agena washing station using carefully selected, perfectly ripe cherries. 

A meticulous washed process, extended fermentation and slow drying on raised beds create an exceptionally clean, balanced cup that showcases the elegance of Ethiopia's heirloom varieties.

Expect notes of jasmine floral, cooked apricot and ripe peach, layered with dark chocolate and delicate english breakfast tea.

"The most impressive aspects are the texture, weight, and flavour profile of this coffee. The only exception is that after several shots (I am a short black drinker), the English tea flavour seems to overtake everything else and can be a little off-putting.
