888 is a Limited Edition Blend coffee that combines natural processed coffee from Ethiopia, washed coffee from Peru, and semi-washed coffee from Timor-Leste. "The 888 has many of flavours I’d more associate with darker roasts, which chocolatey notes and a full body, but it maintains all of the depth and complexity you’d expect from light roasts. Really wonderful blend and I hope it becomes a permanent addition to the Inglewood lineup!"

"Purchased pre-ground as whole beans were unavailable at the time. It seems to be slightly too fine. ?? Very difficult to get the perfect pour consistently, whereas when I grind my own beans, once I get the grind and weight right, the extraction is always consistent. (Might need to invest in scales. ) But, it does have a rather exotic mix of flavours that is a nice change, although Downtown is more my preference."

"Really enjoying this one. It has a unique flavor profile that stands out straight away, with a beautiful, lingering aftertaste. The character comes through strongly, even in milk, which makes it very versatile. For me, it really shines as a summer coffee — especially as an iced coffee.
