This natural Ethiopian single origin offers an extraordinary depth of flavour and complexity, and has come from a region that represents the pinnacle of high-altitude coffee.

Having matured for a longer period at a high elevation point, the coffee cherries are manually picked by small holder famers who tend to tiny plots shaded under banana trees.

A traditional natural method is then applied, where cherries are selectively chosen and sun-dried, while being turned regularly, to achieve a brew that is fragrant, acidic and full of flavour.
