Produced by the Dusangirijambo Cooperative in the Kayanza region of Burundi, this washed bourbon lot is grown by a collective of over 3,000 smallholder farmers committed to producing the highest quality specialty coffee.

Through careful fermentation and meticulous processing, the coffee develops exceptional clarity, refined sweetness and a vibrant fruit character that is unique to the region. 

Expect notes of bright grapefruit acidity, juicy citrus and a smooth, lingering cocoa finish.

Altitude: 1800-1900 MASL

Varietal: Bourbon

Process: Washed

Producer: Small Holder Farmers

 

This roast is best suited for espresso brew methods.
