This single origin has been farmed in a region of Peru that enjoys a variety of different climates. Producer Rony Lavan has dedicated his time to extracting the best from small farmers in Peru, and his work ethic has enabled him to champion the microlot-quality coffees in Cajamarca.

This washed coffee is a prime example, having been processed in the washing station utilising traditional methods. The resulting single origin is rich in flavour and body, with jammy nectarine, dried apple, pecan and fruit-like sweetness in the cup.

Altitude: 1650 - 1800 MASL

Varietal: Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon, Typica

Process: Washed

Producer: Small holder farmers 

 

This roast is best suited for espresso brew methods.
