Sourced from the renowned Kirinyaga region on the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, this AA microlot is produced by the Mutitu Factory.
Over 1,250 smallholder farmers contribute carefully selected cherries grown in rich volcanic soil at high altitude. Featuring a mix of batian, SL28, SL34 and ruiru 11 varietals, the coffee undergoes Kenya’s traditional washed process, designed to enhance clarity and vibrant fruit character throughout the cup.
In the cup, it reveals notes of cooked blackberry, yellow nectarine, caramelised sugar and mellow cola, balanced by a sparkling acidity and a refined sweetness.
