This natural single origin from Brazil was cultivated by third-generation coffee farmer Carmen Lúcia Chaves de Brito. The farm has been in the family for over 100 years and features an experimental field with 93 different coffee varieties, while solar panels and the compost of organic matter ensure a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. Traditional methods are followed in the processing of this natural single origin, with strong flavours of boozy cooked apricot, jammy strawberry, winey acidity and sweet almond shining in the cup.
