This single origin was produced on land which was originally a cattle ranch, but was converted to a coffee farm to restore native vegetation.

Owner Isacio Javier Albir Vilchez also employs many from the local community in an effort to help reduce poverty.

 
Traditional washed methods are followed during production and the use of recycled water is prioritised. Acidity and fragrance are the leading characteristics, with flavours of both jammy orange and fresh orange mingling with mild cacao and tangy citrus.

Varietal: Parainema

Process: Washed
