Ratio:
1:1.5 of hot water to chocolate powder
Method:
Put hot water into jug, pour chocolate powder on top. Mix, mix, mix! Until completely combined/dissolved.
Store refrigerated.
Use 30 ml for a 180ml hot chocolate.
