Special Release, El Salvador, Finca Ethiopia - Filter Roast

Grown at Finca Ethiopia in El Salvador's mountainous Apaneca region, this Bourbon microlot comes from a farm named in honour of coffee's Ethiopian origins.

Rich volcanic soils and cool growing conditions contribute to its remarkable sweetness and complexity, while a carefully executed washed process preserves clarity and showcases the character of the Bourbon variety.

Expect notes of grilled peach, gala apple and caramel, layered with soft malic acidity and a lingering fruit-like sweetness.
