Our latest edition of Bloom Seasonal Espresso is a vibrant fusion, combining top lots from the Keffa and Djimmah regions in Ethiopia.
Known for being home to the widest genetic diversity of coffee varieties, it is unsurprising that Ethiopia has produced two standout single origins which make up this blend. The third component hails from the Nariño region in Colombia; a country which is renowned for their washed coffee.
Flavour and balance are key, with this version of Bloom showcasing notes of jasmine and tangerine, with rich caramel and flavours of jaffa cake.

Amazing Every Single Morning
"I've been making coffee at home with my Breville Express machine for a while, and Bloom has quickly become one of my favourite beans. It dials in really well and gives a lovely, rich crema every time. The coffee is smooth, balanced, and has just the right amount of sweetness without tasting bitter. I mostly drink flat whites, and it cuts through the milk beautifully while still letting the fruity and caramel notes come through. It's one of those coffees that makes me look forward to my morning cup. I'll definitely be ordering it again."
