Our current decaf is a Brazilian Swiss Water Process which has notes of roasted almond, smooth milk chocolate body, citric acidity and a dark chocolate finish.
The Swiss Water Decaffeination Process (SWP) removes 99.9% of caffeine using water while preserving origin and flavour. Using Green Coffee Extract (GCE), it selectively removes caffeine without affecting key compounds. The process is repeated until fully decaffeinated. SWP maintains bean colour, body, and flavour. They call it “amazing coffee without caffeine”.
