This EA Processed Decaf uses a naturally occurring compound—ethyl acetate—to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavour. The green coffee is steamed, then soaked in an EA and water solution that draws out caffeine, before a final steam and careful drying. The result is a rich, chemical-free decaf with notes of fresh peach, brown sugar, and dried fruit sweetness—full of warming spice notes and all the character, minus the caffeine.
