Sourced from Harowacho in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this lot is grown at high altitude near mountain Quto and the Seboba River. Founded by Bisrat Melaku, the community includes 40–60 farmers and up to 500 pickers. Ripe cherries are delivered to Harsu Sala washing station, sorted by density, fermented for 72 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for 5–8 days. Careful monitoring ensures optimal moisture and preserves quality, resulting in a vibrant, clean cup.

Altitude: 1900-2300 MASL

Varietal: 74110 JARC 

Process: Washed
