Sourced from the heart of Ethiopia's Guji Zone, this single origin has been grown in a high altitude area close to the Seboba river crossing, in an environment known for high-quality coffee.

Ripe cherries are delivered to the washing station, fermented, washed and spread across raised drying tables which are designed to provide optimal air circulation and protect the coffee from any possibility of damage. The result is a fragrant cup with notes of stonefruit, orange, and black tea.

Varietal: Ethiopia Heirloom 

Process: Washed

Producer: Small holder farmers
