Kochere is a village well-known for its iron-rich soil and high altitudes, which create perfect conditions for growing coffee.

This single origin is cultivated by smallholder farmers who grow coffee in their backyard and deliver their harvest to the washing station.

Ripe cherries are hand-picked and depulped, before being fermented and dried under regular rotation and supervision. The result is a fragrant and balanced cup with a flavour profile that sings of apricot, bergamot and cacao.
