Sourced from Huai Khun Phra Village in Chiang Rai, Thailand, this natural single origin is produced by Phupanna using an extended 108-hour fermentation.
Grown by smallholder farmers in the mountainous region, the cherries ripen slowly before undergoing a carefully controlled fermentation in a pressurised, temperature-regulated tank, allowing greater flavour complexity and distinctive aromatics to develop.
Expect vibrant notes of lychee candy, mango and strawberry, layered with rosé, rockmelon and dark chocolate for a rich, fruit-forward finish.
